Domaine Rimbert’s “Le Petit Cochon Bronzé” (which literally translates to “The Little Tanned Pig”) is exactly the kind of unpretentious, highly crushable juice we love having on rotation. Hailing from the sun-drenched, rugged Languedoc region of southern France, this cheeky, minimal-intervention rosé delivers bright wild strawberry, crisp citrus peel, and a clean, chalky minerality that makes it way too easy to drink.
