Domaine Rimbert
Le Petit Cochon Bronze Rosé

France

Domaine Rimbert’s “Le Petit Cochon Bronzé” (which literally translates to “The Little Tanned Pig”) is exactly the kind of unpretentious, highly crushable juice we love having on rotation. Hailing from the sun-drenched, rugged Languedoc region of southern France, this cheeky, minimal-intervention rosé delivers bright wild strawberry, crisp citrus peel, and a clean, chalky minerality that makes it way too easy to drink.

Vicinus
Vinho Verde 1L

Portugal

If there was ever a wine built for a sunny Seattle afternoon, this is it. Hailing from Portugal, this Vinho Verde is crisp, zippy, and carries that signature, refreshing little spritz on the finish. Expect bright, energetic notes of green apple, lime zest, and a mouth-watering acidity that wakes right up. The best part? It comes in a 1-liter bottle, which tells you everything you need to know about how easily it drinks.

Mazzei
2021 Philip Cabernet Sauvignon

Italy

Named after Philip Mazzei—the Italian winemaker who actually helped plant Thomas Jefferson's first vineyard—this 2021 Tuscan Cabernet Sauvignon is a massive, beautifully structured pour. It’s a classic "Super Tuscan" style packed with dense dark cherry, crushed blackberry, a hint of roasted espresso, and sweet spice. Despite being a big, rich wine, the tannins are velvety and elegant, making it incredibly smooth on the finish.

La Lupinella Rosa

Tuscany, Italy

Produced by La Lupinella, an artisanal Tuscan estate rooted in both ceramic and vine, this wine is a beautiful expression of traditional winemaking. Crafted primarily from Sangiovese with a harmonious touch of Canaiolo grown in the Le Mandrie vineyard, a portion of the must is fermented in traditional terracotta clay jars—a fascinating nod to ancient Tuscan winemaking heritage.
