Wine Club - Summer '26 Release
Summer line-up is set, and it’s pure heat. We pulled together bottles built for warm nights, long patio sits, and clearing out the dust of spring. You’ve got light-red Syrah from Les Lunes served with a proper chill, a crisp Chablis from Louis Moreau, and an Arneis from Cascina Montegrosso that tastes like liquid sunlight. It is a straight-shot collection of wild, drinkable bottles designed to keep your glass cold while the temperature spikes.
We stayed away from the safe picks and went heavy on bottle-personality. Grab a glass of Poderi Cellario’s funky Rosato, try the bone-dry Sumoll from Pardas, or check out the Syrah from Les Lunes with a BBQ.

Poderi Cellario
È Rosato!
Italy
Cloudy, unfiltered pink pour straight from Piedmont. It hits with wild cherries, tart grapefruit, and a slightly savory earthiness. It is light on its feet with a faint fizz that cuts right through hot afternoon weather
Louis Moreau
2024 Chablis
France
Sharp and traditional. Expect crisp green apple, lemon peel, and that classic crushed oyster-shell chalkiness from northern Burgundy soil. It has zero oak influence, just pure cold-climate acidity that leaves your mouth watering.
Alejandro Fernandez
2022 Crianza
Spain
A classic look at Spanish Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero. You get rich dark plum, subtle cocoa, and toasted oak balanced by dried herbs and leather. The structure is firm, but the tannins settle down nicely once it gets a little air.

Bodega de Forlong
Spain
Bodega de Forlong comes out of Cádiz in southern Spain, where chalky soils meet Atlantic sea breezes. Made from Palomino grapes, this white hits with lime zest, chamomile, and a distinct salty crunch on the finish. It is dry, textured, and tastes like a cold breeze off the coast.
Peter Gönc
Anna 2025
Slovenia
A Slovenian rosé built on rare local grapes blended with Pinot Noir. It kicks off with notes of wild strawberry, peach, and melon. High mountain acidity gives it a snappy, mineral finish that lands like a slap bracelet on the palate.
Edoardo Miroglio
2021 BIO Red
Bulgaria
This organic Bulgarian red pairs two native grapes, Mavrud and Rubin, to make something completely distinct. It opens with dense notes of ripe blackberry, tart blackcurrant, and fresh plum. Behind the dark fruit, you get hints of dried herbs, black pepper, and a subtle earthy smoke from a few months in oak.

Toni Jost
Bacharacher Hahn
Riesling 2021
Germany
Toni Jost Bacharacher Hahn is a Riesling grown on steep slate cliffs along the Rhine River. It leads with white peach, apricot, and intense wet-stone minerality. The acidity is razor-sharp, balanced by just enough ripe fruit to keep it from feeling too harsh.
Bodegas Morca
2023 Flor de Morca
Spain
A high-altitude Spanish Garnacha with plenty of muscle. Expect concentrated blackberry jam, dark chocolate, and warm baking spices. It sits full on the tongue with soft tannins and a long, warming finish.
Cascina Montegrosso
2023 Roero Arneis
Italy
An authentic snapshot of Piedmont's favorite native white grape. It delivers crisp yellow pear, white flowers, and a classic hint of raw almond on the back end. The mouthfeel is surprisingly round while keeping a fresh, clean edge.
Sagemoor Estates
2022 'Codebreaker'
Wahluke Slope, Washington
Washington State blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. Red raspberries and plum puree lead the way, followed by a layer of black pepper and savory herbs. It has enough weight to feel solid without coating your palate in heavy oak.
Pardas
2025 Sumoll
Spain
Pardas Sumoll highlights an ancient, nearly forgotten red grape from Catalonia, Spain. It brings sour cherry, wild herbs, and an edgy, chalky grip to the tongue. High natural acidity keeps the fruit tasting fresh and raw rather than heavy or sweet.
Les Lunes
2024 Syrah
Napa, California
Les Lunes 2024 Syrah takes a fresh, low-intervention approach to California wine. Instead of thick, oaky fruit, this bottle delivers lean plum, tart dark berries, and a solid dose of freshly cracked pepper. It stays bright, energetic, and easy to sip all night long.
