How did you hear about us?

Frequently Asked

Can we book the entire venue for a private event?

Yes. We offer exclusive venue buyouts for groups of up to 120 guests. Buyouts include private access to our 80+ self-pour taps, dedicated hospitality staff, custom lounge arrangements, and flexible catering options.

What is the minimum group size for a semi-private reservation?

Semi-private lounge sections require a minimum of 10 guests and accommodate up to 60 guests. Groups under 10 are welcome to walk in or reserve standard tables through Resy.

What is the booking lead time and deposit requirement?

We recommend booking semi-private events 2–3 weeks in advance and full venue buyouts 4–8 weeks in advance (especially for peak holiday dates in November and December). Buyouts require a signed agreement and deposit to secure the date.

Do you have audiovisual (AV) equipment for presentations?

Yes. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi, audio hookups for custom playlists, and display capabilities suitable for corporate presentations, slideshows, or team meetings. Contact us in advance for technical specifications.

How does the self-pour wine system work for groups and corporate billing?

Each guest receives an RFID tasting card that unlocks our dispensary wall of 80+ rotating taps. Guests can sample 1oz splashes, 3oz half-glasses, or 5oz full pours. For corporate events, organizers can assign pre-set spending limits per card or keep tabs open on a single consolidated invoice.

Do you provide food, and what catering options are available?

We serve an in-house menu of artisan charcuterie boards, gourmet cheeses, warm flatbreads, and global tapas designed to complement our wine selection. For private gatherings and buyouts, we also partner directly with our neighboring restaurant Nue to provide an expanded menu of bold, internationally inspired street eats. Outside commercial catering can be coordinated for full buyouts upon request.

Our in-house menu features vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free flatbreads and board accompaniments. Our catering partner Nue also offers clearly labeled gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free global dishes.

Is there a room rental fee or a food and beverage minimum?

We do not charge a flat room rental fee for our spaces. Instead, we operate on a food and beverage minimum spend requirement, which varies depending on the day of the week, time of day, and the specific area being reserved for your gathering.

Are children or guests under 21 allowed at private events?

Yes! We are family friendly!

Can we decorate the space for our event?

Absolutely! We welcome decorations that personalize your gathering. We simply ask that you refrain from using glitter, confetti, or anything that requires being taped or nailed to our walls and architectural finishes. Please coordinate setup times with our staff.

Is parking available for our guests?

We offer free covered customer parking in our building garage, accessible directly off 10th Ave E.

Are dogs allowed inside?

Well-behaved, leashed dogs are permitted on our outdoor patio area. Service animals defined under the ADA are welcome inside the venue.

What if someone in our party does not drink wine?

In addition to wine, we offer local craft beers and ciders. We also offer a curated selection of non-alcoholic craft beverages, zero-proof mocktails, and sodas so every guest has great options.

Can guests purchase bottles to take home?

Yes. Nomadic operates a retail bottle shop on-site. Any wine featured on our tap wall (subject to stock) can be purchased by the bottle to go.
